Customer Surveys by Avannis

Peoples State Bank employees take great pride in providing you with excellent customer service. We’re always looking for ways to improve. That’s why Peoples has partnered with professional research firm Avannis to collect feedback from you. We will ask you to complete an occasional survey to provide feedback on how we’re doing.

Peoples will reach out to most customers once a year, while a few customers may receive up to a maximum of two surveys per year. The surveys will come in a telephone
call or an email. Most surveys will take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. We will ask about your recent experience at one of our locations or online. The questions
might be about an employee you interacted with, the reason for your visit, and whether we were helpful with your banking needs. We will never ask for your bank account information, financial status, or other personal information.

As part of the survey, we may ask if you want to have a follow-up conversation with a Peoples employee. If you wish to speak to a Peoples employee, we will ask for your name and preferred contact method so Peoples can contact you. Your responses will remain anonymous if you do not request a follow-up conversation.
