Peoples Promotes Bednarski and Hires Karcher
Wausau, Wis. (December 18, 2024): Peoples State Bank promotes David Bednarski to vice president and mortgage team leader in the southeastern market. In addition, Peoples announces the hire of Melissa Karcher as vice president and mortgage team leader of the bank’s central market.
Bednarski joined Peoples earlier this year with more than 25 years 
of mortgage lending experience, primarily in southeastern Wisconsin. “Dave is experienced and well-positioned to lead this ambitious mortgage team,” said Jeffrey Saxton, Peoples State Bank vice president and retail group leader. “We’re confident he will be a significant addition in this leadership role while supporting the growth we’re experiencing.”
