Peoples' Digital BillPay Platform Just Became Better
Peoples Digital BillPay feature has been part of our digital banking platforms for many years. Our customers can save time by eliminating bill preparation and check writing using BillPay. Now, a newly added feature helps you link up the companies you make payments to with your Peoples’ BillPay system. And that means fewer visits to other websites to get payment information, such as how much you owe, when the payment is due, and whether the amount is finalized.
Your bill pay account helps you manage all your bills in one place—and now you can see exactly when your bills are paid. Enroll in eBill payment confirmations, and you’ll be notified when the biller receives your payment. You’ll see a payment confirmation number on each notification and in your payment history.
You’ll also get a monthly eBill statement that shows your balance, bill amount, and due date. So, there’s no need to log in to multiple websites to see when your payment is posted…when you choose eBill for that biller.
Security – Your account is the safest place to pay your bills
Simplicity – Manage, pay, and confirm your payments in one place
Serenity – Confirm payments, so you have one less worry
Log into your Peoples digital banking platform of choice, whether on a desktop or laptop or using the Bank Peoples app on a tablet or phone. Schedule a payment for one of your bills. If your payee is eligible, you’ll see a pop-up window with the option to enroll to receive payment confirmations. Select “enroll now” to get started. Enter your biller credentials to link their website to your account. Once it is connected, you’ll receive your monthly eBill that shows your balance and the due date for this biller right in your Peoples BillPay feature. You’ll also get a confirmation number each time a payment is made.
